Yes, all fragrances sold on Creed Fragrances UK are 100% authentic, sourced directly from the House of Creed or authorized distributors to ensure the highest quality and concentration.
What are your shipping options within the UK?
We offer complimentary standard delivery on all orders over £50. For urgent gifts, we also provide a Next Day Delivery service for orders placed before 2 PM Monday through Thursday.
Can I return a fragrance if I have opened the seal?
To maintain hygiene and product integrity, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original cellophane packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Why does my fragrance smell slightly different from a previous bottle?
Creed uses a high percentage of natural ingredients. Due to the artisanal 'Millesime' production process, slight variations in harvests (crop rotation) can result in subtle differences between batches.
How should I store my Creed fragrance to ensure longevity?
We recommend storing your bottle in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom drawer rather than a bathroom shelf.
