At Creed Fragrances UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 28-day return period for all unused and unopened products in their original luxury packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our dedicated concierge team or access your online account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the unopened fragrance in its original outer box with all protective seals intact to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid Royal Mail return label and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
